FLOv Token & Sigil

1. Preamble: Recognition of Foundational IP

The FLOv token ecosystem, including its name, its unique sigil (logo), economic model, and associated branding, is not an independent creation. It is a derivative and integral component of the proprietary CPclub Living Concept (the "Core Trade Secret").
The CPclub Living Concept, developed over the past decade, represents a unique and confidential methodology for real estate development and lifestyle. This concept, along with all associated brands, logos, slogans, and operational know-how, constitutes a valuable Trade Secret.

2. The FLOv Sigil:

A Visual Trade Secret

The FLOv logo (the "Sigil") is itself a protected artifact derived from the Core Trade Secret. Its unique characteristics are defined as follows:

- Provenance: The Sigil is the visual evolution of a decade of development, representing the maturation of the Core Trade Secret into a digital asset class.

- Artistic Composition: The Sigil is a unique, proprietary combination of three distinct calligraphic characters. This specific artistic fusion is a creative work with inherent copyright and design protection.

- Typographical Innovation: The deliberate and finely balanced interplay between capital and lower-case letters within the Sigil is a distinctive non-obvious design choice, contributing to its unique identity and strength.

- Derivative Asset Status: The Sigil is classified as a "Derivative Trade Secret Asset" and a "Visually Protected Work." Its design is inextricably linked to the confidential values and history of the CPclub concept.

3. Grant of Rights & License to the Token Ecosystem

The proprietors of the Core Trade Secret grant a perpetual license to the FLOv token ecosystem to utilize the Derivative Trade Secret Assets, including the exclusive use of the FLOv Sigil.
This license is explicitly conditioned on the following:

- Strict Adherence to Brand Guidelines: The Sigil must be used exactly as specified in official brand guides. Any alteration, distortion, or unauthorized recombination of its elements is strictly prohibited.

- Context of Use: The Sigil may only be used in connection with the official FLOv token ecosystem and its promotion, as authorized by the governing body TINDA FOUNDATION to TINDA FUND.

- Protection from Infringement: All licensees are obligated to actively protect the Sigil from unauthorized use and to report potential infringements.

4. Protective Clauses & Enforcement

Multi-Layered Protection: The FLOv Sigil is protected through a combination of:

a) Trade Secret Law: For its conceptual origins and connection to the confidential CPclub model.

b) Trademark Law: For its use in commerce to identify the FLOv token goods/services.

c) Copyright Law: For its specific, original artistic character composition.

Explicit Prohibition: No entity may use, imitate, or create derivatives of the Sigil's unique character combination and typographical structure without a formal license.

Historical Claim: All legal communications will emphasize the Sigil's history and evolution from the Core Trade Secret, strengthening its claim to uniqueness and non-obviousness.

5. The "Living IP License" Concept

Concept: Ownership of FLOv tokens grants holders a micro-license to the identity and community symbolized by the sigil.

"By holding FLOv tokens, participants acknowledge that the FLOv sigil is the unique and protected visual symbol of an ecosystem derived from the proprietary TINDA FOUNDATION | CPclub Living Concept. Token ownership includes a limited, personal license to use the Sigil in community-related, non-commercial activities, affirming their participation in the value and community generated by this standard of living. Any commercial or derivative use remains strictly prohibited without express written permission."

Brand management: we distinguishing the Token Sigil from the Community Branding. It creates clarity, prevents confusion, and allows each entity to build its own unique identity while being part of the same ecosystem.

The following sigil/logo must be used to represent, associate FLOv Token on SOLANA, on any DEX or any other activity in the blockchain crypto world.The background colors may vary but the unique character combination may not.

Note: If the message is about ownership, value, or technology, use the Token Sigil.

FLOv Brand Identity Guide

1. The FLOv Token Sigil

Usage: Reserved exclusively for representing the FLOv digital token itself.

Appearance: The word "FLOv" where the letter "O" is replaced by a stylized globe icon.

Context: Official documentation, token listings, legal agreements, and communications specifically about the token's economics or technology.

Example: "The FLOv (with globe sigil) token contract has been deployed on Solana."

2. The FLOvrs Community Brand

Wordmark

Usage: Reserved for addressing the community, marketing, and social media engagement.

Appearance: The spelled-out words "FLOvr" (singular) and "FLOvrs" (plural). A world icon may be placed adjacently (e.g., after or close to the 'v') for decorative emphasis, but the letter 'O' remains as a standard character.

Context: Social media posts, community forum banners, merchandise, event promotions, and hashtags (e.g., #FLOvrs).

Example: "Calling all FLOvrs! Join our Twitter Spaces tonight!"
